This knife is installed with a thermoregulatory system. This system regulates the temperature of your uncapping knife so it lies within certain temperature boundaries and therefore stays at a suitable temperature whatever the temperature of the surroundings. The wooden handle of the equipment also ensures you can confidently and safety hold the device when beekeeping.
